We're off on our residential!!

                                                         Manor Adventure

We all can't wait until Manor Adventure, which is a residential trip taking place on Monday 3rd March - Friday 7th March and it will take about forty-five minutes to get there.

Log Cabins

Our Year Six pupils will be staying in the log cabins in the woodland village. 

Activities
When we are at Manor we will take part in a lot of different activities. For example: Fencing, Maze,climbing, zip wire Disco etc...............

Lucas's 100 Word Challenge - Week 23

I made my way through the dense undergrowth, droplets of sweat trickling down my forehead. The gash above my leg was agonising but I still hobbled on, machete in one hand I clutched the damson ruby in the other. I found a cave. Its mouth was eroded and worn. Still I grabbed my torch and went down into the darkness. I cascaded into a huge cavern coated in stalactites and stalecmites, I was going to be rich. Suddenly the mouth fell in on me. It was as black as night with my little torch there as a shining star. The debris and rubble made a mountain of it. Pushing through the earth I made my way up...

Pav's 100 Word Challenge - Week 23

...I carried on. My dagger by my side, my bow in hand. This arena was brutal. The sun was blazing down on my cracked, dry skin. Pushing through the ground a worm appeared. I grasped it's cold body, hovered it over my mouth and let go. The small burst of liquid gave me a  miniscule amount of energy.
A silhouette appeared out of no-where bearing a large axe.  It approched and I realised it was the man from district 3. The axe looked evil, it had a black skeleton body and was sharp as the devils claws. Using my last bit of energy I threw the dagger.  It sploged itself in his chest leaving a trail of blood.

Georgia's 100 Word Challenge Week 23

Pushing through the earth Frankie came bursting out leaving mud to fly everywhere and then one hit my nose. Bam. I was knocked out. When I woke I heard noises faintly. As I got less dizzy I knew it was Frankie.  He had found us.
I eyed the room like a hawk trying to seek a way out. Suddenly a cackling, low laugh rose from behind me and bounced off the walls echoing violently.  I quickly tuched the AMOS diamond necklace under my shirt and zipped up my jumper.
He was stood in front of me with two strong men behind him - one holding Frankie, worried and scared, cold and tired, I tried to figure a plan to get out of it...

JC and Lillie's Create It Award entry 2014
