We have had a wonderful Forest Friends 'Go Explore' day outside today.
We've been tying knots (we can now all tie a clove hitch!), lashing, whittling and building shelters. We have all worked really well as teams and had a lot of fun...
We even found a frog!
That was amazing!!!!!! I learnt the figure of eight knot and clove hitch the best!! I loved making the swing! An essential tool for survival…!!!!!!!! I can't wait till we make a real fire with marshmallows! When is that again??? ~ Lillie
